A little bit about me and the therapeutic process….

I’m an experienced Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and Solution Focused-Brief Therapy (SFBT) Counsellor. I specialize in supporting individuals with depression and anxiety. I also offer dedicated Gottman therapy for couples. In addition to my professional roles, I am a daughter, wife, mother, sister, and a person of faith.

Rooted in my own experiences as a child of immigrants and growing up with undiagnosed ADHD, I bring a unique blend of empathy, resilience, and cultural understanding to my practice. This rich tapestry allows me to connect meaningfully with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Initial 15 minute discovery session

It’s important for me to ensure that I can provide adequate support.

In case I can’t, this initial conversation allows me to refer you to another professional who might be better suited to assist.

During our first visit, it gives us a chance to get to know one another, hopefully build some comfort and helps me to understand your concerns.

In essence, we want to start our therapeutic relationship based on clarity, trust and a mutual understanding.
