Fees, payment methods and discounts
Social Work services, as mandated by the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers are exempt from collecting and paying HST. I accept payment via e-transfer or credit card as indicated in the Jane App upon booking.
Standard individual sessions are 50 minutes in length and are $130 per session (discounts are offered for packages of 5 for $450)
Couples Therapy sessions are 90 minutes in length and are $245 per session (discounts are offered for packages of 5 for $985).
Insurance coverage
I can provide receipts for those wishing to submit paid invoices to their extended health providers/employment insurance plans. I am a certified MSW/RSW and most insurance plans do cover our services, however, every plan is different. I suggest you contact your provider to determine your eligibility and allowance for covered hours and how the process works.
Cancellation policy
Please note that if cancellation takes place outside of 24 hours notice, there is no charge, however if appointments are cancelled within 24 hours, there is a 50% charge, which must be collected prior to additional sessions.
